输入一个字符串和一个整数k，截取字符串的前k个字符并输出,其实就是考substring方法使用

Scanner sc = new Scanner(System.in);
            while(sc.hasNext()){
                String str = sc.next();//当同时存在字符串和整型接收时,字符串这里不能用nextLine()
                int n = sc.nextInt();
                String strNew = str.substring(0,n);
                System.out.println(strNew);
            }
