题解 | #数组中出现次数超过一半的数字#

用的是摩尔投票法，这个题和 LeetCode 剑指offer 39题 有点类似，但是不同点在于这个题可能不存在众数，因此需要在最后还对之前统计的数字的个数进行一次判断，是否超过了一半的次数。
